Our community is located just off I-83 Exit 36 in Fairview Township, Pennsylvania. The Olde Orchard Hill Executive Board is responsible for maintaining a high standard of living and resident satisfaction within our community.

Community Yard Sale
A community yard sale was held on Saturday, June 13, 8:00 a.m. - 1 p.m. This was a great way for residents to clear some space, make a little cash and get out to meet their neighbors!
Reminder: ARC Request Required for Outdoor Improvements (Structure or Landscaping)
Now that we are getting some warmer weather, and people are going to want to do some outside work, We want to remind everyone that an ARC needs to be approved before any outside changes are started.
