Our community is located just off I-83 Exit 36 in Fairview Township, Pennsylvania. The Olde Orchard Hill Executive Board is responsible for maintaining a high standard of living and resident satisfaction within our community.

Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of unit owners will be held on Tuesday, June 16. More information regarding elections and business to be conducted will be sent to all unit owners via U.S. mail. Please use the contact form on this website if you would like to reserve time for discussion of any issues or concerns on or before May 15.

Community Yard Sale
A community yard sale will take place on Saturday, June 13, 8:00 a.m. - 1 p.m. All residents are invited to participate by placing items for sale in their garage and driveway spaces. Please avoid blocking access to neighboring spaces. This is a great way to clear some space and make a little cash!

Reminder: ARC Request Required for Outdoor Improvements (Structure or Landscaping)
Now that we are getting some warmer weather, and people are going to want to do some outside work, We want to remind everyone that an ARC needs to be approved before any outside changes are started.
