HOA FEES

Beginning in January 2025, the assessment fee (dues) is $110 per month.
Payments are due by the 1st of the month and should be sent to:

Payment can also be made via direct payment by submitting the Direct Payment Authorization to manager@pennequity.com or by mail to the address above.
If pre-paying for any time period (quarterly, semi-monthly or annually) payment is due by the
first day of the applicable time period.
ASSOCIATION BUDGETS & FINANCE REPORTS
The fiscal year of the Association is the calendar year, ending December 31.
The Executive Board will make every reasonable effort to send the new budgets to all Unit Owners by the fifth day of November of each year.
Annual Financial Reports will be available for unit owners to review within 180 days of year end.
