ARC COMMITTEE

Olde Orchard Hill is a planned community with a uniform design of buildings and grounds. Property values and attractiveness of Olde Orchard Hill depend on maintaining architectural continuity throughout the community. Architectural control is necessary in order to keep structural changes in harmony with surrounding structures and landscaping.

Please read the Rules and Regulations, Rule 9 and the Declaration, Article V, Section 1 (a) in the Governing Documents tab for citations and responsibilities for architectural and landscaping changes. 

Process to Submit ARC Requests
The ARC form, linked below, should be submitted for any changes, additions or alterations to the outside of a unit, including changes, additions or alterations to the landscaping.

Completed forms should be submitted via email to OldeOrchardHillHOA@gmail.com.
(The P.O. box formerly used is no longer in use.)

Once received by the Architectural Review Committee, the Executive Board will act on the request and provide written notice to the unit owner of approval or denial within 30 days of receipt.
